Develop and qualify suppliers JOB \| Purchaser (PJ) — IMMEDIATE START Rio de Janeiro/RJ \| On-site Remuneration: Starting from R$ 7,000 (negotiable) VS Engenharia is seeking a Purchaser to strategically manage the procurement of raw materials and supplies, ensuring optimal cost-effectiveness, quality, and on-time delivery for operations. Responsibilities * Receive internal requisitions and obtain quotations from suppliers * Prepare and balance Competitive Bidding Tables (CBTs) * Negotiate commercial terms (price, delivery schedule, quality) * Execute purchases and monitor the entire process through final delivery * Develop and qualify suppliers (Vendor List) * Update price lists and supply reports * Monitor returns and ensure order compliance * Supervise inventory, equipment, and service controls * Handle emergency purchases and service contracting ✅ Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Purchaser (CLT or PJ) * Experience with construction materials and equipment * Experience in negotiation and supplier management * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Preferred Qualifications * Experience in logistics or industrial sectors * Degree in Business Administration or related fields * Training in negotiation, procurement, or inventory management Competencies * Strong negotiation skills * Organizational ability and sense of priority * Logical reasoning and market awareness * Analytical, detail-oriented mindset with owner mentality Interested candidates, please apply by sending your resume via WhatsApp to (11\) 93078\-9340 Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
