#### **About the position:**
The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising activities related to receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of materials, ensuring inventory control and process efficiency, as well as leading the department’s team.
#### **Main responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and guide the warehouse team, promoting employee development and motivation;
* Ensure proper storage, preservation, and handling of materials;
* Monitor product and supply inflows and outflows in the management system;
* Prepare reports and track performance indicators (inventory turnover, accuracy, stockouts, order fulfillment rate);
* Plan and conduct periodic inventories to ensure inventory accuracy;
* Collaborate with procurement, production, and maintenance departments to guarantee continuous supply;
* Implement improvements in logistics processes to ensure organization and cost reduction;
* Comply with, and enforce compliance with, safety, quality, and environmental standards.
#### **Mandatory requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;
