Manage driver and assistant teams, overseeing performance, shift scheduling, and operational routines. Plan routes and monitor collections and deliveries together with field teams. Monitor the fleet via tracking systems to ensure operational safety and efficiency. Control operational documentation and prepare operation monitoring reports. Interface with clients to align requirements, address incidents, and support continuous service improvement initiatives. Previous experience as an Operational Supervisor, Operations Coordinator, Team Leader, or Operations Manager may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
