You’ll roll up your sleeves to reinvent how our products reach people. **Work Model:** On-site **Location:** Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro Responsibilities: **✨Key Activities You’ll Lead:** Your primary responsibility will be ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to optimizing logistics processes across distribution centers. * Manage daily logistics operations in distribution centers, including floor monitoring, volume control, productivity tracking, and adherence to planning — coordinating with logistics partners and related departments. * Monitor floor operations and partner performance, conducting D+1 planning (transfers, fleet, pickups/returns), aligning with the Control Tower, and managing operational priorities. * Conduct logistics process analyses to identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and improved service levels, supporting implementation of operational improvements and standardization. * Prepare management reports and presentations for performance forums (daily, weekly, and monthly meetings), providing leadership with data-driven critical analyses and recommendations. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, Planning Tower, logistics network, and partners — responding to call-outs and supporting improvement initiatives.
