Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Procurement Assistant to provide support in procurement and administration, track orders, and handle documents. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a Junior Procurement Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Procurement Supervisor, perform support services in procurement and administration, track orders with suppliers, and process various documents. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Daily Responsibilities: * Enter incoming merchandise invoices into the system, verifying discrepancies among the invoice, the purchase order placed with the manufacturer, and the merchandise actually delivered to us. * Track and follow up on orders from transmission to the supplier through to receipt of merchandise. * Reconcile inventory via inter-branch transfers. * Update pending product issues with manufacturers in the system and confirm alignment with the information held by the manufacturer. * Provide the sales team with requested information regarding merchandise (purchases, orders, delivery timelines, etc.). * Maintain all price lists updated in the system, consistently validating with suppliers whether we are using the correct pricing tables. * Support any internal or external personnel requesting information from the Procurement Department. * Issue sales and bonus invoices between our branches. * Organize and resolve all discrepancies between the Procurement Department and suppliers.
