**JOB SUMMARY:** Responsible for leading and coordinating medium-complexity technical and operational projects, ensuring proper planning, activity monitoring, schedule control, and alignment among involved teams. Operates with greater autonomy in the tactical management of projects, supporting the organization of the initiative portfolio and ensuring delivery quality, in alignment with the Project Office and Services Directorate guidelines. **REQUIREMENTS:** Education: Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 3 years coordinating or supporting IT, managed services, or cybersecurity projects. Knowledge: Project management, scheduling planning and control, task management, risk and dependency management, project communication and governance. Competencies: Organization, autonomy, tactical leadership, analytical ability, clear communication, and delivery focus. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Lead medium-complexity technical and operational projects. * Plan and monitor project schedules, deliverables, resources, and dependencies. * Coordinate activities of involved teams, ensuring alignment and objective achievement. * Monitor risks, blockers, and schedule deviations. * Consolidate information and prepare project monitoring and status reports. * Facilitate communication among technical areas, operations, customers, and management. * Ensure proper organization of project documentation, records, and evidence. * Support governance processes and progress review meetings. * Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of project management practices. * Provide technical support to Project Leaders I and Project Analysts.
