




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for organizing correspondence and documents, managing office supplies, answering calls, and providing administrative support to the immediate manager. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for organizing and digitizing documents. 2. Provides daily administrative support to the manager. 3. Manages correspondence and office supplies. Check and organize correspondence; Organize, archive, and digitize documents; Check office supplies and request replenishment from the facilities department if needed; Answer calls when necessary; Provide support to the immediate manager for daily tasks; Availability for afternoon shifts.
