Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service, vehicle tracking, operations control, and support in logistics and transportation activities, optimizing outcomes and ensuring satisfaction. Supporting the driver team **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide service to drivers, customers, and branches, ensuring operational efficiency and satisfaction; * Update vehicle locations; * Track deliveries, identifying and recording reasons for potential delays; * Monitor fleet working hours, ensuring data reliability for financial closing and operational control efficiency; * Support the driver team, aiming to optimize results aligned with organizational objectives. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred); * Prior experience in logistics and transportation.
