Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for evaluating and training drivers, ensuring compliance with traffic regulations and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate and operate vehicles for practical tests and training 2. Monitor and guide professionals on vehicle operation and regulations 3. Deliver theoretical and practical instruction on defensive driving Evaluate candidates through practical tests assessing driving and vehicle operation Request vehicles and assess their condition for practical tests and training Monitor professionals' vehicle operation in accordance with established job-related regulations Guide professionals on compliance with company-established regulations Conduct, supervise, and guide driver training Train driver candidates on public roads, assessing their development and adaptation Deliver theoretical and practical instruction on defensive driving, Brazilian Traffic Code regulations, and other modules necessary for professional competence Select and update pedagogical materials for training within their area of expertise Manage monthly progress reports Monitor drivers' professional development, advising them on technological innovations Conduct drivers' professional requalification at predetermined intervals Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.710,10 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
