Job Summary:
Lead pedagogical management, coordinate teaching staff activities, and monitor learning indicators, strengthening institutional culture and integrating innovation.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Lead pedagogical management of the unit/network, ensuring quality, consistency, and results.
* Coordinate and support lesson planning, implementation, and evaluation by teaching staff.
* Monitor learning indicators (diagnostic, internal, external) and implement action plans.
* Strengthen institutional culture and school climate: inclusive welcome, positive discipline, and sense of belonging.
* Ensure alignment with the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), curriculum proposals, and institutional guidelines.
* Develop and manage continuous professional development for teachers and coordinators.
* Conduct pedagogical meetings, class councils, and individual student/class follow-ups.
* Take proactive leadership in family engagement (meetings, consultations, conflict mediation).
* Integrate pedagogical innovation and educational technology (e.g., pedagogical use of digital platforms and tools).
* Collaborate closely with administrative, guidance, coordination, and support teams.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy (Teacher Education).
* Postgraduate qualification in School Management, Educational Management, Pedagogical Coordination, or related fields (preferred/ideal).
* Proven experience in pedagogical leadership (coordination/direction/supervision).
* Proficiency in planning, assessment, curriculum, teacher mentoring, and results-oriented practice.
* Excellent communication skills, conflict management ability, and experience engaging with families.
**Preferred Qualifications (highly valued)**
* Experience in network schools (with standardization, targets, and alignment across units).
* Experience in high school education and academic preparation (ENEM/college entrance exams).
* Experience with bilingual programs, STEAM projects, and pedagogical innovation.
* Familiarity with Google culture/educational technology applied to learning.
* Consistent experience in inclusion and adapted pedagogical practices.

Compensation: R$5.000,00 - R$6.200,00 per month
