Development of skills in finishing metal parts Industrial Company **Position:** Grinder **Number of Openings:** 8 **Job Description / Responsibilities:** Perform grinding and cleaning operations on metal parts using grinding machines or manual tools, along with cutting and polishing equipment and tools, to finish their surfaces. Inspect the part to be ground, verifying its shape, strength, and presence of burrs to select the appropriate tool for the operation. Perform grinding on the part using a grinding machine or manual tool to remove spatter, burrs, and/or roughness. Grind weld grooves to finish gouged surfaces, thereby preparing them for the welding joint process. Smooth metal part edges using files, grinding wheels, or sanders to equalize and finish surfaces. Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. **Desired Education and Experience:** Incomplete elementary education No prior experience required. **Work Modality:** On-site **Neighborhood:** Centro **City:** Niterói **Working Hours:** Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Additional Information:** Proactive; Team-oriented; Willingness to learn; Good interpersonal skills; Must reside in Niterói, São Gonçalo, Maricá, or neighboring cities.
