Job Summary: The engineer will conduct productive capacity studies and propose improvements to optimize workflow, reduce bottlenecks, and increase productivity, with a focus on customer demand. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in process and productivity optimization 2. Focus on Lean Manufacturing, JIT, and VSM 3. Process chain analysis and continuous improvement The engineer will perform productive capacity studies for both machinery and labor using analytical tools — JIT (just in time), VSM (value stream mapping), spaghetti diagrams, and chronometric analysis (analysis of movement and labor waste), as well as workflow analysis covering scheduled capacities from raw material intake through to customer delivery. Must deliver productivity gains (doing more with less — lean flow) and propose improvements focused on meeting customer demand (scheduled capacity), without bottlenecks along the process chain. Relevant experience; Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering; Lean Manufacturing, JIT, VSM, Chronometric Analysis, Productivity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Rework Rate, OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), layout analysis, movement analysis (spaghetti diagrams), root cause and failure analysis tools — DMAIC, information systems for layout analysis (AutoCAD or similar), Kaizen, 5S, Kanban. Minimum Education: Elementary School (1st level) Desired Education: Elementary School (1st level) * Dental Care * Medical Assistance / Group Medicine * Meal Voucher * Parking * Transportation Allowance * On-site Restaurant
