The role involves changing and modifying machine programming according to technical criteria defined by Process Engineering, Work Instructions, and Quality standards, thereby guaranteeing compliance with established specifications. The operator also supervises and guides personnel assigned to their specific machine, monitors process performance, identifies potential deviations, and ensures equipment and workplace organization, safety, and maintenance.
