Family guidance and multidisciplinary collaboration **Job Description:** A professional responsible for providing home-based speech-language pathology services, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and rehabilitation of patients with swallowing disorders, ensuring humanized and individualized care. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assess swallowing functions. * Rehabilitate orofacial motor disorders. * Conduct therapies and document progress in the electronic medical record. * Guide family members and caregivers regarding therapeutic interventions. * Collaborate integrally with a multidisciplinary team. * **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. * Active professional registration (CREFONO). * Experience in home-based services. * Availability to provide home-based services in the Rio de Janeiro / Greater Rio de Janeiro region.
