Job Summary: A professional to develop and disseminate a culture of quality and risk management, managing processes, audits, and training. Key Highlights: 1. Promotes a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 2. Manages processes and indicators to achieve management excellence. 3. Conducts internal audits and training across various areas. * Disseminates and promotes quality management by cultivating a quality improvement culture through training across various departments of the organization, conducting internal audits, and monitoring external audits. * Supports process management with quality, efficiency, and effectiveness within required legal frameworks by managing process interactions and analyzing performance indicators to continuously pursue management excellence. * Establishes, disseminates, and monitors projects based on improvement science and Lean methodology. * Disseminates and promotes effective risk management through training across various departments of the organization. * Supports patient safety by reporting incidents to the Patient Safety Unit. * Manages the computerized quality system, including document control, tracking of nonconformity reports, indicators, management reviews, and action plans—including their respective deadlines. * Advises the Quality Coordination team in decision-making by providing reliable and accurate information. * Conducts internal audits of the quality management system, accreditation requirements, 5S, risk management, and LGPD. * Conducts training on incident reporting, documentation, indicators, management reviews, and 5S. * Drives visual and operational standardization of standards, procedures, and forms through document management per ISO 9001:2000, seeking rationalization in collaboration with relevant departments. * Assists in monitoring the progress of permanent committees. * Participates in and conducts audits of contingency plan simulations. * Assists in organizing internal events related to the Quality Management System, aiming to train staff; Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
