**Sushiman**
Responsibilities:
Preparing sushi, sashimi, hosomaki, uramaki, temaki, and other Japanese cold dishes;
Cutting, handling, and preparing fish and seafood with excellence;
Cleaning, filleting, and portioning fish with attention to detail;
Careful and meticulous dish assembly, maintaining quality and presentation;
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safe handling standards;
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Sushiman, with proven expertise in the role;
Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively, with agility and organization;
Knowledge of food hygiene and safe handling standards;
Salary: To be negotiated
