




**Job Description / Responsibilities:** Supervise dining room, kitchen, and bar operations to ensure continuous and efficient service. Monitor customer service to guarantee promptness, courtesy, and rapid resolution of requests. Maintain food, beverage, and service quality standards in alignment with company guidelines. Coordinate staff, assign tasks, support training initiatives, and ensure operational discipline. Manage inventory, goods receipt, stocktaking, and restocking requirements. Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and daily reporting. Monitor operational metrics (table turnover rate, average ticket value, customer satisfaction).
