**Job Description Summary** =========================== **Job Description** =================== **Position Description** This professional will be responsible for performing conventional machining operations, including milling, cylindrical grinding, and complex machining, ensuring part quality and precision in accordance with applicable technical standards. The candidate must have solid machining experience and advanced technical skills to contribute to the company's operational excellence. **Responsibilities** Perform conventional machining operations, including thread cutting, drilling, slotting, machining of concave and convex surfaces, diameter grinding, and precision milling. Operate machining equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, ensuring compliance with technical and quality parameters. Handle, organize, and maintain precision measuring tools and instruments. Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of machined parts, ensuring form and position tolerances. Knowledge of form and position tolerances in accordance with ASME Y14\.5\-2018\. Perform cleaning, preservation, and preventive maintenance activities on machining equipment. Verify all process parameters to ensure quality in accordance with applicable documentation. Participate in work teams and collaborate in resolving technical issues, discussing improvements with the engineering team. Support other activities related to part repair and maintenance. **Requirements** Completed high school education. Machining Mechanics course and/or proven machining experience. Experience in the aerospace sector or in machining. Technical course in industrial mechanics. Intermediate English (technical reading and interpretation). **Desired Characteristics** Proactivity and positive attitude. Good interpersonal relationships and ability to work in a team. Sense of organization and communication skills. Availability to work rotating shifts (2nd shift, 3rd shift, and 4x4 schedule\). Proven machining experience. Problem-solving experience, identifying process errors and acting promptly to correct them within the scope of autonomy. **Advantages** Knowledge of CNC equipment.
