Job Summary: HR Analyst/Assistant with retail experience to handle resume screening, candidate selection, onboarding, offboarding, employee training, and development. Key Highlights: 1. Focusing on training and development, including on-site mentoring Supermarket chain hiring HR Analyst / Assistant (with prior experience in supermarkets or other retail businesses). 1 POSITION **Job Description / Responsibilities:** \* Screen resumes submitted via website and printed copies to identify candidates matching the company's job position requirements; \* Invite candidates to participate in the company's selection process using appropriate techniques such as interviews, tests, and psychological assessments, aiming for finalization and hiring; \* Conduct onboarding for new employees; \* Conduct exit interviews; \* Perform administrative tasks within the HR department; \* Refer candidates to the agency for formal contract execution; \* Prepare badge-making materials during the last week of each month and send them to the vendor responsible for badge production; Handle Training and Development (including on-site mentoring) Conduct periodic visits to our branches **Desired Education and Experience:** Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology or Human Resource Management. Prior experience in supermarkets or other retail businesses.
