We seek committed, collaborative professionals who are passionate about transforming lives through eye health. **Responsibilities and Duties** Contact scheduled patients to confirm, reschedule, or recover appointments to prevent NO\-SHOWs and reduce medical schedule absenteeism; Follow up with patients on the waiting list to schedule appointments in available time slots resulting from cancellations; Provide inbound support for consultation scheduling or information requests, as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** Currently enrolled in a technical\-vocational training program. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office – Word and Excel).
