WHAT DOES AN APPRENTICE DO? The Program enables participation across various departments, with emphasis on administrative routines. Below are some activities: * Customer service; * Organizing documents and information; * Procuring materials; * Archiving documents, classifying them according to appropriate criteria for storage and preservation; * Providing switchboard services, updating databases, and preparing statistics; * Assisting with administrative tasks across various departments. REQUIREMENTS: * Age between 15 and 18 years old; * Initiative, problem-solving ability, and proactivity; * Basic computer skills; * Completed or currently enrolled in high school. WHAT DO WE OFFER? * Administrative Assistant course; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Family relationships do not disqualify an applicant from the Apprentice Program, provided the candidate does not work in the same department or under hierarchical supervision.
