Job Summary: A professional responsible for demand analysis, project management, documentation development, and in-depth engagement with the Benner platform, ensuring quality and security. Technical impact analysis in infrastructure environments **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct detailed analysis of demands, requirements, and systemic impacts. * Lead project planning, monitoring, and control, ensuring adherence to governance practices. * Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation: schedules, scopes, minutes, reports, process diagrams, and indicators. * Integrate agile and predictive practices according to initiative needs. * Facilitate discovery, refinement, and prioritization activities with business areas and cross-functional teams. * Lead or support Scrum ceremonies as required. * Engage deeply with the Benner platform, including functional analysis, process validation, basic configuration, technical diagnostic support, and understanding of module integrations. * Analyze technical impacts in infrastructure environments, considering servers, databases, performance, system integration, and operational workflows. * Support technical teams in incident investigation, guiding root-cause-focused troubleshooting. * Ensure quality, predictability, and compliance with internal security and governance policies. **Technical Competencies** * Mastery of PMBOK/PMI practices and knowledge areas. * Solid experience with Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid frameworks. * Advanced knowledge of the Benner platform, including modules, integrations, log analysis, systemic behavior, and operational impacts. * Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments, including: + Windows/Linux servers, + SQL databases, + networking concepts, + APIs, WebServices, message queues, and integrations, + performance and stability analysis, + troubleshooting of enterprise applications. * Ability to produce technical and functional documentation. * Development of reports, indicators, metrics, and dashboards (Power BI, Excel, Project, etc.). **Preferred Qualifications** * CAPM or PMP certification. * Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM, etc.). * Practical experience in medium- and large-scale Benner environments. * Experience with infrastructure best practices, monitoring, ITSM, and observability. * Knowledge of BPMN, continuous integration, automation, and process modeling. *
