Innovative environment with a focus on technical development As a Network Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising network infrastructure projects at client sites, ensuring appropriate resource allocation, timely delivery, team safety, and high-quality deliverables, acting as the liaison between clients, internal teams, and third parties. Responsibilities: **Main responsibilities:** * Construction supervision: monitor activities at client sites, ensuring schedule compliance, quality standards, and defect correction; * Team management: guide, train, delegate tasks, evaluate performance, and supervise both in-house and outsourced teams; * Operational planning: organize resources, materials, and workforce for project execution; * Safety and compliance: ensure proper use of PPEs, adherence to regulations, and reporting of irregularities; * Relationship management and support: act as the liaison between the company and clients, participate in meetings, manage materials, and promote continuous improvement; and other duties pertinent to the role.
