Decision-making under pressure and clear communication Description: We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to work at an industrial plant encompassing the Water Treatment Plant (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Substation (SS), and CAFOR. The professional will be responsible for leading the shift-based operator team, ensuring continuous, safe, and efficient operation of utility units. They will support daily operations, contributing to process efficiency and guaranteeing the quality and safety of operational systems. Their role is fundamental to ensuring operational stability and strict adherence to internal procedures and SMS (Safety, Environment, and Health) regulations. Responsibilities and Duties * Lead and coordinate the operator team during the shift, promoting uninterrupted operation of utility units.+ Ensure compliance with operational procedures, Safety, Environment, and Health (SMS) regulations, as well as SEPRO system requirements. + Respond promptly to field and control room incidents, making rapid and accurate decisions to maintain operational stability. + Support the Operations Coordinator in executing operational plans and managing team performance. + Report and record operational deviations, ensuring traceability and event analysis. + Provide technical input to the Integrated Planning Group (IPG), ensuring the shift’s perspective is considered in activity scheduling. + Conduct hands-on training, monitor technical competency development, and support the certification process for operators under their supervision.
