Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lubricator to ensure proper lubrication of machines and equipment, optimizing operational performance. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and standard operating procedures. #### **About the position:** We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Lubricator to join our maintenance team. The professional will be responsible for ensuring proper lubrication of machines and equipment, directly contributing to asset longevity, failure prevention, and operational performance optimization. If you possess attention to detail, technical knowledge, and commitment to safety and efficiency, this position is for you. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective lubrication of machines, equipment, and mechanical components according to maintenance plans and technical specifications. * Identify lubrication points, types of lubricants (oils, greases), and appropriate application methods for each piece of equipment. * Inspect equipment to identify leaks, wear, abnormal noises, or other irregularities that may indicate the need for intervention. * Maintain accurate records of performed lubrication activities, including dates, types of lubricants used, and relevant observations. * Collect oil samples for analysis when necessary. * Organize and keep the workplace, tools, and lubrication equipment clean. * Strictly follow occupational safety regulations and standard operating procedures. * Report anomalies and requirements for more complex maintenance to supervision. * Assist with other maintenance activities as requested. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Proven experience in the role of Lubricator or in industrial maintenance activities. * Ability to identify lubrication points and perform correct application. * Basic knowledge of workplace safety and use of PPE. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * Technical course in Mechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related fields. * Knowledge of automatic lubrication systems. * Experience with oil analysis and interpretation of results. #### **Benefits:** * Dental plan * Transportation allowance * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Cafeterias in all stores * Up to 70% discount on universities (for employee and dependents) * Discounts on company products * SESC for your leisure and that of your dependents :) * SENAC (vocational training courses for you and your dependents) #### **Work schedule and working hours:** * Monday through Saturday.
