Origem manages a portfolio of brands aiming to expand their market presence. This is an opportunity for proactive sales professionals willing to build and expand a customer portfolio, operating in routes requiring broader market penetration and coverage. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospect and onboard new customers, expanding Origem's customer base in the operational region. * Develop and manage sales routes, optimizing efficiency and increasing coverage. * Conduct commercial visits, presenting the product portfolio and negotiating sales terms. * Monitor sales performance to ensure achievement of established targets. * Maintain close and long-term relationships with customers, identifying their needs and offering solutions. * Collect market and competitor intelligence to support commercial strategies. * Manage orders, ensuring full sales cycle completion through delivery. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven experience in external sales and customer prospecting. * Strong results orientation and resilience to handle targets, objections, and coverage challenges. * Commercial profile with high motivation to build and expand a customer portfolio. * Completed high school education. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. #### **Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** * Experience in distribution or consumer goods sales. * Familiarity with the operational region and experience managing sales routes in developing or less consolidated areas. * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Marketing, or Sales. #### **Benefits:** * Amil Health Insurance Plan * Amil Dental Insurance Plan * Life Insurance * Total Pass
