If you want to grow with us, develop your career, and be part of an environment that values respect, innovation, and teamwork, this is where you belong! **Key Challenges:** * Develop the weekly work plan, allocating maintenance orders according to available HH (man-hours). * Schedule maintenance orders for preventive teams and GPA (electrical, mechanical, automation, and instrumentation). * Analyze maintenance orders and create the 52-week, monthly, and weekly scheduling horizons. * Reserve materials for scheduled orders, issue material withdrawals based on usage, and manage the maintenance intermediate stock. * Monitor and manage maintenance operational indicators. * Develop or perform other duties related to the role, as determined by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements:** + Completed Technical Education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. + Experience: Minimum 1 year **Desirable:** + Advanced Microsoft Excel skills + SAP PM module knowledge + Power BI knowledge **Benefits:** + Meal Allowance + On-site cafeteria + Medical Assistance + Dental Assistance + Life Insurance + Chartered Transportation + Monthly product package + Wellhub
