Manage the owned fleet, ensuring fleet availability and continuity of supply, preventing stockouts of critical products for customers and operations. Implement and monitor performance, safety, and cost KPIs (cost per km driven, fuel consumption, fleet utilization rate, customer service level, vehicle accident rate, and absenteeism). Provide monthly accountability to the Operations Director on departmental results. Propose innovative solutions based on data analysis, telematics, and new route planning and real-time monitoring technologies. Manage warehousing and inventory at bases and terminals, ensuring effective control aligned with established targets. Promote integration with other departments (Commercial, Administrative, Maintenance), ensuring alignment and organizational efficiency. Lead and develop the team with a focus on engagement, organizational discipline, and career development. Structure route planning and supply processes across different regions, prioritizing efficiency and safety. Conduct periodic inventory planning and ensure inventory accuracy. Implement and monitor logistics KPIs (cost per km driven, fuel consumption, fleet utilization rate, vehicle accident rate and absenteeism, fleet utilization, and customer service level). Lead Safety, Health, and Environment (SSHE) programs applied to fuel and derivatives logistics.
