Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a store assistant manager, assistant store manager, or store supervisor; * Availability to work on a shopping mall/store rotating schedule (including weekends and alternating holidays); * Ability to work with goals, KPIs, and results; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and a problem-solving mindset. **Preferred qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree (desirable); * Experience in retail chains, franchises, or large-scale store operations; * Basic knowledge of Excel and POS/ERP systems.
