An IT consulting firm is seeking a PMO Analyst in Duque de Caxias. **Responsibilities:** Create and manage queries in Azure DevOps Boards. Configure and maintain organized and daily-updated boards. Perform backlog management and prioritization. Develop dashboards and executive reports for progress tracking. Support project management and delivery monitoring. Lead meetings, document minutes, and conduct follow-ups with teams. Ensure traceability of requests and compliance with proper Azure DevOps usage. Collaborate with agile teams using Scrum/Kanban. Previous experience as Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or Project Management Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role.
