Student support and operational support for instructors **Job Description:** A professional responsible for full support of training processes and course delivery. Activities include planning and monitoring classes, supporting instructors and students, managing the LMS platform, and developing pedagogical and visual support materials. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan, organize, and monitor course and class schedules. * Provide operational support to instructors (materials, calendars, platform). * Address student academic and administrative requests. * Manage content and updates on the LMS platform. * Create support materials, presentations, and visual content (PowerPoint and Canva). * Monitor course participation and performance indicators. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in academic support, course coordination, or related areas. * Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva. * Experience managing LMS platforms (preferred). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and student-focused service orientation. **Work Location:** On-site – Rio de Janeiro (RJ) **Salary Range:** R$ 4.000/month **Benefits:** Meal or food allowance, medical assistance with 50% company coverage (designated plan), educational partnership.
