




Job Description / Responsibilities: Participate in defining corporate actions focused on people management. Management at the Company's Headquarters and Branches. Ensure the consolidation of the organizational culture by identifying areas for improvement. Identify and implement actions related to training and employee development. Manage HR activities related to talent attraction and retention, hiring and termination, e-social, payroll, compensation and benefits, recruitment and selection, occupational health and safety, internal communication, performance management, and labor relations. Continuously evaluate the work environment and propose actions to improve internal relationships. Be accountable for the budget of your management area and ensure the achievement of established goals. Represent the company when required. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Previous experience in similar roles in leadership positions, preferably within companies in the transportation and logistics sector. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and ability to work with diverse audiences and cultures. Knowledge of specific regulations in the transportation sector and applicable Human Resources procedures. Continuous updating on HR topics and applicable technologies is desirable. Willingness to travel. Proficiency in corporate systems and Office suite. Salary: Please indicate salary expectations. Benefits will be informed during the interview.
