Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills. **Job Description Summary** =========================== **Job Description** =================== **Job Responsibilities:** * Able to recognize the entire sequence of operations within their area of responsibility; * Perform measurements and inspections; * Operate, handle, and set parameters for process equipment; * Prepare and apply mixtures and products; * Prepare parts for finishing and precision polishing of brazed and welded surfaces; perform surface roughness and wall thickness measurements using measuring instruments; * Clean aerospace components; * Handle, store, transport, package, and preserve parts; * Clean and maintain equipment; * Read and complete technical instructions as applicable; * Verify all process parameters to ensure quality in accordance with applicable documents; * Identify issues and know when and how to request assistance to resolve deviations. **Qualifications/Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic Technical English; * Fitting/Machinist training; * Proven experience in activities related to the metallurgical industry (Fitting, Welding, and/or Machining). **Desirable Attributes:** * Proactivity and positive attitude; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Sense of organization; * Good communication skills; * Flexibility in working hours.
