Join R2PHARMA! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative and/or technical operational processes, solving problems of moderate complexity. * Keep information up to date and documents organized within your work area, contributing to operational efficiency. * Perform mechanical/electrical/refrigeration maintenance routines on production equipment, laboratory and office equipment, ensuring proper functionality. * Act as liaison with third-party maintenance technicians to ensure compliance with departmental routines. * Carry out installation services for production machinery and equipment, performing various routine tasks. * Conduct technical analysis of tools, materials, and *spare parts* required for maintenance routines, identify suppliers, and submit technical proposals for procurement. * Weekend shift rotation with the technical team when necessary. * Work in the Engineering and Maintenance area responsible for equipment and civil infrastructure preservation; * Support and collaborate with the RPH Group’s Engineering Coordination in implementing and monitoring new equipment and infrastructure maintenance processes at the RPH Group plant; * Apply expertise to develop, improve, and update preventive maintenance routines; * Monitor and support third-party technicians responsible for maintaining equipment under third-party maintenance contracts; * Study equipment technical manuals and assist in prioritizing maintenance activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Completed technical education; * Preferred: currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
