Priority for internal growth **Job Description:** We are hiring a **Maintenance Assistant**. **Responsibilities:** * Teamwork: communicate respectfully, demonstrate willingness to learn and collaborate with other team members; * Maintenance support: assist in executing preventive and corrective maintenance services across units, following technical guidelines; * Organization and control: maintain tools, materials, and work areas organized, adhering to safety standards; * Operational support: accompany service providers when necessary and ensure services are delivered as expected; * Control and recordkeeping: assist in tracking requests, completing spreadsheets, checklists, and internal systems; * Manage and fulfill requests recorded in spreadsheets; * Inventory and restocking: support the control of maintenance materials and supplies; * Follow instructions: receive guidance from leadership and perform tasks according to established standards. **About Botânica:** A refined casual restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and a culture of respect and inclusion.
