




Profile: N2 PL * LEVEL SUPPORT FOR USERS; * KNOWLEDGE OF SERVERS (AD, PERMISSIONING) * BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF VIRTUALIZATION * BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS Responsible for providing user support via telephone, remote or in-person assistance, as well as recording incidents to enable analysis and resolution of service requests, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; Service requests related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks and Office Suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security and products; Provide technical support ensuring high availability and performance of customer platforms, and when required, guide and train users; Perform requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance and deployment related to infrastructure; Perform directory mapping, POP/Exchange email configuration, Lotus Notes configuration, profile setup, VPN installation, Active Directory configuration, IP configuration; Perform requirements analysis, development, testing, acceptance and deployment related to infrastructure; Address: "R.
