We seek an organized intern with strong writing skills and a passion for the learning process and human development. **Your Mission** Assist the Pedagogical Coordination in managing academic activities, ensuring that support to students and instructors is delivered with excellence. You will be a key player in educational organization and in monitoring the technical progress of our students. **Main Responsibilities** * **Academic Support:** Assist in addressing student and guardian inquiries regarding pedagogical matters; * **Pedagogical Control:** Support the organization of lesson plans, attendance tracking, and grade entry; * **Materials Management:** Assist in organizing and distributing teaching materials and certificates; * **Class Monitoring:** Help monitor classes and provide support to instructors; * **Student Retention and Success:** Collaborate on strategies to reduce dropout rates by identifying student difficulties and seeking pedagogical solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in **Pedagogy**, **Languages**, **Management Processes**, or other Education/Administration-related fields; * **Skills:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (basic/intermediate Excel), excellent written communication, and process organization; * **Availability:** Must be studying in the afternoon shift or via distance learning (EAD) to align with internship hours. **Available Shifts** * **Morning Shift:** Monday to Friday, 08:00–13:00 \| Saturday, 08:00–13:00 (20-minute break). **What We Offer** * **Internship stipend**; * **Transportation allowance**; * **Conexa Saúde platform** and partnership with **SESC**; * **Wellhub** (formerly Gympass); * **Birthday day-off**; * **Discounts at partner universities**.
