Job Summary: Professional responsible for classifying, recording, and reconciling accounting documents, supporting monthly closings, preparing trial balances and financial statements, and assisting with audits. Support for audits and inspections We are seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team in Niterói. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility between on-site and remote work. Requirements . Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences . Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency . Minimum 2 years of experience in the role . Easy access to Niterói . Prior experience in an accounting firm is desirable Responsibilities . Classify, verify, and record accounting documents; perform accounting entries and bank and asset reconciliations; support and execute monthly accounting closings; prepare trial balances, general ledgers, financial statements, and analytical support documentation; verify accounting system integrations and configurations; assist in preparing the Digital Accounting Record (ECD), the Digital Tax Record (ECF), and other ancillary accounting routines; analyze balance sheet and income statement accounts; provide support for audits, inspections, and client requests; collaborate with tax and HR departments to ensure data consistency; assist in standardizing processes, internal controls, and document management.
