We are seeking an Information Technology professional to provide technical and operational support for Leve Saúde’s outpatient units. This person will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of systems, equipment, and IT infrastructure, directly contributing to patient care quality and clinical team efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users in outpatient units (physicians, nurses, receptionists, etc.); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (computers, printers, routers, etc.); * Ensure the proper functioning of local area networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems (e.g., electronic health records and appointment scheduling systems); * Support the deployment of new technologies and tools across outpatient units; * Monitor and report incidents, proposing solutions and improvements; * Ensure information security and compliance with company IT policies; * Train users on best practices for using systems and tools. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support and IT infrastructure; * Knowledge of networking, hardware, Windows operating systems, and collaboration tools (Google Workspace).
