Job Objective: Provide support for administrative and operational routines of the HR Department, ensuring compliance with labor obligations, document control, employee assistance, and support in hiring, payroll, benefits, and termination processes. Key Responsibilities: * Carry out employee hiring and termination procedures; * Organize and manage labor-related documents; * Support payroll closing; * Monitor electronic timekeeping, hour banks, and work schedules; * Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health plans, and others); * Generate reports and enter data into systems; * Assist with vacation, leave of absence, and termination processes; * Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters; * Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal procedures; * Support audits and organization of physical and digital files.
