Main Responsibilities * Support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes; * Organization and verification of employment documentation; * Electronic time tracking and recording of certificates/absences; * Payroll calculation and verification (supporting the responsible person); * Vacation, leave, and benefits management; * Issuance of labor charges (FGTS, INSS, etc.); * Employee support to clarify questions; * Updating spreadsheets and physical/digital files; * Support in ancillary obligations (eSocial, SEFIP, DCTFWeb, among others). Requirements * Completed high school education (preferably pursuing a college degree in HR, Administration, or related fields); * Prior experience in HR department routines; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Familiarity with payroll systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
