You will be responsible for supporting the control of occupational medicine and vessel medications, maintaining updated lists and inventories to meet infirmary demands. You will monitor the pre-embarkation schedule for vessels, providing occupational health examinations and conducting maritime personnel health screenings to ensure fitness for embarkation.
Additionally, you will participate in training sessions and drills (e.g., First Aid, Good Health Practices, Emergencies, among others), supporting the updating of schedules and guiding employees in accordance with current regulations. You will also assist in processes such as leave management (INSS), absenteeism, return-to-work procedures, PCMSO and PCA schedules, indicator measurement, quality-of-life programs, and alcohol and drug use control—providing leadership-relevant information.
You will support the updating and management of occupational health tools, the organization and storage of area documentation (e.g., ASOs, reports, referral forms, and programs), and the monitoring of health indicators—contributing to result analysis and continuous improvement of QSMS (Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment) area processes. Finally, you will support and propose health promotion initiatives, standardize nursing norms and procedures, and monitor routines aligned with the Company’s Management System.
