At Casas Pedro, we seek committed, organized individuals who understand that well-maintained inventory is essential to delighting our customers. **Position Summary:** The Forklift Operator is the professional responsible for handling and operating forklifts to move, transport, load, and unload materials. The primary objective is to ensure products are transported safely and stored efficiently, complying with occupational safety regulations and preserving the integrity of goods. Responsibilities: * Operate forklifts (electric retractable) to move loads within the workplace. * Load and unload goods, ensuring correct positioning for storage or transportation. * Maintain organization and proper stacking of products according to safety specifications. * Inspect and perform basic preventive maintenance on the forklift, checking oil, water, fuel levels, and other safety items. * Complete merchandise movement reports, identifying products and updating inventory records. * Ensure equipment operates properly, reporting any need for repair or maintenance. * Follow safety regulations and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). **Requirements:** * Valid Forklift Operator certification. * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of cargo handling and safety practices. * Prior experience as a forklift operator; * Skills in attention to detail, precision, and ability to work in a team. **Desired Qualities:** * Responsibility and commitment to adhering to safety rules. * Strong organizational sense and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure, especially in high-traffic environments. * Aptitude for following strict procedures and protocols. **We Offer:** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VA) or Food Voucher (VR) – R$ 18.00/day * Health and Dental Plan (ASSIM) with 30% co-payment (optional); * Career Development Program – Biannual evaluations; * Performance-based bonuses; * Wellhub (linked to health plan).
