Role Challenge: You will serve as the **technical reference for the Payroll Department**, ensuring all labor-related routines are executed securely, accurately, and within legal deadlines, acting proactively and providing guidance to both the team and clients. **Position: Payroll Department Specialist** * Salary: **R$ 5.595,00** * Employment Type: CLT (permanent contract) * 100% On-site, Rossi Multi Business, Rodovia Washington Luiz, 2550, Duque de Caxias * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00 * Meal Allowance *(R$ 35.00 per working day)* * Bradesco Health Plan with co-payment after probation period * Birthday Day Off **Main Responsibilities** * Payroll verification and validation * Calculation and tracking of vacations and terminations * Assessment and validation of payroll taxes, INSS, FGTS, IRRF, DCTFWeb, and Digital FGTS * Submission and validation of eSocial events * Technical client support and facilitation of meetings * Legal-based analysis of atypical situations * Direct technical support to the Payroll team * Ensuring compliance with legal and internal deadlines * Standardization and organization of routines according to the firm’s processes **Technical Experience** * Solid experience in Payroll Department operations * Comprehensive mastery of Payroll, payroll processing, vacation management, terminations, and payroll taxes * Practical knowledge of labor and social security legislation * Experience serving clients under various employment regimes and operational realities * Experience in accounting firms * Proficiency with payroll systems; SCI Novo Visual is a plus **Essential Soft Skills** * Organization and rigorous attention to deadlines * Analytical and highly technical mindset * Clear, respectful, and professional communication * Confident client-facing demeanor * Ability to work with rules, standards, and processes * Collaborative spirit and willingness to share knowledge * Responsibility and commitment to high-quality deliverables If you are passionate about Payroll, believe in doing things right, value well-structured processes, and seek a professional, organized, and human-oriented workplace, **this position is for you**.
