Job Summary: Responsible for pattern development, digitization, grading, and maintenance within the Audaces system, ensuring standardization and technical accuracy aligned with industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Working on pattern development and digitization in Audaces Moldes 2. Focusing on standardization of patterns and technical accuracy 3. Collaborative work with pattern makers, stylists, and production ***JOB OBJECTIVE*** To perform pattern development, digitization, grading, and maintenance in the Audaces system, ensuring standardization, technical accuracy, production feasibility, and alignment with garment manufacturing industrial processes. ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES*** . Develop and digitize patterns in Audaces Moldes . Perform size grading according to the company's standard grading table . Adjust patterns based on fit samples, prototypes, and production feedback . Interpret technical specifications, sketches, and product requirements . Ensure proper nesting for mass production . Support PCP (Production Control and Planning) and sewing departments with technical adjustments . Maintain organization and version control of digital files . Assist in standardizing patterns for uniform lines . Collaborate closely with pattern makers, stylists, and production ***MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS*** . Proven experience as a CAD operator . Proficiency in the Audaces system (Moldes and Graduation) . Knowledge of industrial pattern making . Ability to read and interpret technical specifications . Understanding of garment manufacturing and sewing processes . Attention to detail and technical precision ***PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS*** . Experience in professional uniform segment . Knowledge of Audaces Nesting . Basic understanding of fabric consumption and nesting optimization . Experience in large-scale production .
