Institutional and Brand PR Execution * Support the development and execution of the company’s and Aramis, Urban, and Aramis Next brands’ PR plans. * Help translate positioning statements and campaigns into clear, relevant narratives. * Assist in drafting press releases, press notes, pitches, Q&As, and other communications materials. * Ensure consistency and alignment between institutional and brand messaging. 2. Influencer Execution, Relationship Management, and Analysis * Support influencer campaign mapping, outreach, negotiation, and logistics. * Ensure alignment among briefings, narratives, aesthetics, and deliverables. * Monitor published content and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CPE, sessions, revenue, new customers, etc.). * Maintain ongoing relationships with influencers, creators, and cultural hubs. 3. Strategic Partnerships and Activations * Support operations for cultural, institutional, or lifestyle partnerships. * Assist with activations, experiences, events, and special projects involving media and influencers. * Ensure end-to-end organization, workflow, deadlines, and deliverables. 4. Spokesperson Social Media Management * Plan, coordinate, and execute content for the company’s official spokespersons’ social media accounts. * Contribute to developing the editorial calendar, copywriting, narrative guidelines, and publication monitoring. * Track social media performance, interactions, cultural conversations, and opportunities. * Ensure the spokesperson’s digital presence aligns with Aramis Inc.’s institutional positioning. 5. Reputation and Intelligence * Monitor mentions, share of voice, and relevant conversations about the company and its brands. * Participate in consolidating the Reputation Score (PR + influencers). * Prepare reports, analyses, and insights to support decision-making. * Identify reputational risks and support mitigation actions. 8. Operations, Organization, and Governance * Ensure organization of agendas, timelines, files, approvals, and routine PR deliverables. * Operationalize requests with vendors, agencies, and partners. * Monitor workflow routines, ensuring agility, accuracy, and alignment with involved departments. * Keep PR processes updated and documented. 2512310202491894546
