Our story began in 1997 in a small roasted chicken shop located in the Alto da Serra neighborhood of Petrópolis. Over time, the owner identified strong customer demand for side dishes such as chicken salad, farofa, and mayonnaise—items that quickly gained popularity. This led us to open a small pay-by-weight buffet. In 2002, we inaugurated a new unit in the city center, achieving immediate success thanks to outstanding quality and service—winning over Petrópolis residents and, increasingly, tourists. Another unit opened in 2004, now located in the heart of the city on one of Petrópolis’s most traditional and prestigious streets: Rua 16 de Março. After years of excellent service and delivering one of the city’s top gastronomic experiences, we launched a new unit in Itaipava at the beginning of 2021—featuring an all-you-can-eat appetizer buffet and Japanese cuisine, plus an exquisite à la carte menu offered during evening hours.
