We also have capabilities in developing new technologies and scanning technology. **DETAILS:** * Position: Mid-level Planning Technician * Work location: Duque de Caxias – RJ * Schedule: 07:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday * Contract: CLT **REQUIREMENTS:** . Minimum of three years of proven experience in planning, monitoring, and controlling projects during the engineering development phase. . Technical education (electrical, mechanical, civil/construction, administration or related fields); . Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, and Excel software is mandatory. . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. . Verbal and written communication skills. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** . Be responsible for developing plans and schedules for the engineering development phase in collaboration with stakeholders. . Be responsible for generating detailed project reports for internal managers and external client reporting. . Perform daily project monitoring and identify potential issues that could impact final delivery. . Coordinate the project risk identification process, in collaboration with stakeholders, including the creation of appropriate response plans. . Communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and any changes to plans. . Coordinate with clients follow-up meetings for projects, presenting progress and performance of the project portfolio. . Prepare managerial presentations with strategic data to support decision-making by internal managers. . Conduct project measurements and monitor the client's approval process. Join us and grow!
