Job Summary:
Nighttime inventory professional responsible for counting and organizing merchandise, ensuring data accuracy, and operating data collectors.
Key Highlights:
1. Perform nighttime physical inventory and cyclic counts
2. Organize shelves, stock, and warehouses
3. Use data collectors and management systems (ERP)
**Specific Responsibilities:**
* **Nighttime Physical Inventory:** Conduct full merchandise counts during periods with no customer activity to ensure numerical accuracy.
* **Mapping and Organization:** Organize shelves, stock, and warehouses to facilitate the counting process and ensure no item is omitted.
* **Cyclic Counts:** Perform frequent counts of specific categories or high-value-added products (Category A).
* **Data Collector Operation:** Use data collectors and radiofrequency equipment to register and scan products.
* **Data Accuracy:** Compare physical data with system data, identify discrepancies, and conduct thorough verification to detect errors.
* **Systematization:** Import collected information into the management system (ERP), ensuring up-to-date inventory balances.
**Qualification Requirements**
* **Education:** Completed high school.
* **Knowledge:** Basic mathematics (inventory calculations) and familiarity with data packages.
* **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using data collectors and ease of use with management systems.
* **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience in retail/supermarket inventory activities.
* **Mobility:** **Full availability for travel and work across different branches**, as scheduled for inventories.

***Working Hours:*** 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM
***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday
