Prepare dishes according to the restaurant's established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and exceptional flavor. 2\. Execute all preparation steps, including cutting, chopping, seasoning, cooking, and plating dishes accurately and efficiently. 3\. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and proper order coordination. 4\. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workstation, utensils, and kitchen equipment, adhering to hygiene and food safety guidelines. 5\. Collaborate in creating new dishes and improving the menu 6\. Monitor ingredient and utensil inventory, placing orders as needed and maintaining accurate records.
